September Somatic Healing Retreat: A Nervous System Exploration

Join Jodie Cara Lindley for a transformative retreat on Saturday, September 13, from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM, at Aurora Village Wellness & Therapy Centre, located at 15017 Yonge Street, Unit 200, Aurora. This retreat, the first in a series of somatic healing workshops, will give you the space to explore and nurture your nervous system while grounding and centering yourself. Whether you're looking to release stress, regulate your emotions, or reconnect with your body, this retreat provides the opportunity to pause, reset, and experience true healing.

The retreat fee is $200 + HST = $225, and includes a light nourishing lunch, snacks, and drinks throughout the day. Payment plans are available, so don't hesitate to reach out if needed.
