Georgia provides a warm, collaborative, and client-centered approach to therapy. She creates a safe and respectful space where clients feel heard, supported, and empowered to explore their thoughts and emotions. Her integrative style draws on Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and Mindfulness-based approaches, helping clients navigate challenges while fostering resilience and self-awareness.

Each session is tailored to your unique needs and goals, blending empathetic listening, practical tools, and meaningful insight.
