Helen offers a warm, collaborative, and trauma-informed approach to therapy. She provides a safe, supportive space where clients can explore challenges, build resilience, and reconnect with their strengths. Drawing on both her academic training and decades of health care experience, Helen integrates evidence-based approaches to meet each client’s unique needs.

Whether you’re navigating stress, burnout, life transitions, trauma, or parenting challenges, Helen’s integrative style blends practical tools with meaningful insight to support your healing journey.
