Therapeutic Approach

Jacqueline works from a trauma-informed and holistic lens, integrating:

  • Mindfulness

  • Inner child/parts work

  • Somatic focusing

  • Transpersonal/spiritual exploration

  • Low-skill creative expression, including movement, sound, sculpting, drawing, painting, storytelling, writing, installation art, drama, and role play

Her approach supports nervous system regulation, fosters emotional safety, and helps clients reshape personal narratives through embodied and imaginative exploration.

“The sensory nature of Expressive Arts Therapy offers a present-moment experience that cultivates imagination, resilience, and inner knowing.”

Whether you are seeking to process trauma, navigate grief, or reconnect with meaning and purpose, Jacqueline walks beside you with care, presence, and creativity.
